Lily and Alex Pre Wedding

Loved hanging out with these two and their van Dennis!

Lily and Alex are quite possibly the most laid back couple I’ve ever met. They love cider, exploring in their van, and good times with friends and family. And I just knew this was going to be a lovely session when Lily turned up in leopard print, a denim jacket, and her fjallraven backpack (literally me in a nutshell!), whilst Alex had his trusty Teva sandals on, a colourful blanket and a can of cider - what better essentials for the beach?!

Can we also talk about the fact that Alex proposed when it ‘just felt right’, after having a natter with his grandma. I am a believer in trusting the timing of things too, so this was lovely to hear! He proposed with a piece of sea glass which Lily is soon to get made into a piece of jewellery, so for now she has a gorgeous mother of Pearl ring!

Having met them both yesterday evening down at the same red-sand beach they’ll be visiting on their wedding day, I now really can’t wait for their wedding this September. I just know it’s going to be fab. It’s always absolutely lovely when I get to work with likeminded souls, and these two were precisely that. Thank you so much Lily and Alex for being so lovely!
