If you're looking for elegant, look no further than Harriette and James' gorgeous autumnal wedding with a boho luxe twist!

Harriette and James are such firecrackers! It's rare you'll see them without smiles on their faces, they just have the happiest dispositions and were so wonderful to photograph in their October wedding at the lovely Houchins in Coggeshall, Essex.

After having to postpone their 2020 wedding due to Covid, the couple sadly lost their photographer, but I was so happy when I was available on their new wedding date as they were so lovely! They also welcomed their baby girl between booking me, which meant their pre wedding session was also sort of a maternity session. I always feel really grateful to be able to document milestones for people, and this was definitely one of them!

I love that their wedding day was so simplistically beautiful. It had huge impact because they hadn't gone over the top on their decor, it was just very 'them'. Harriette's dress spoke for itself, the rustic yet minimalistic eucalyptus decor was sublime, and the entire day was just so perfect. Even the sun shone which none of us expected! I think their wedding was an elegant example of the way that you don't have to overthink your decor!

Harriette and James, thank you so much for choosing me to be your wedding photographer! It was a genuine joy to see you make your vows to one another (and a bit emotional too!) I just adored your wedding day!
